Why It's Different Here

Psychiatric care done thoughtfully.

Good psychiatric care depends on understanding the whole person. That takes care, context, and time.

Time, not a 15-minute check

Your first appointment is a full 55 minutes. We review your history, your goals, and the whole of your life before we recommend a treatment plan.

Conservative, evidence-based care

We move carefully and reassess often, aiming for the lowest effective approach rather than a one-size-fits-all plan.

One coordinated plan

Treatment works best alongside therapy and sustainable lifestyle support, improving sleep, nutrition, and mindfulness, all in one relationship.

Your Plan

Treatment that fits into your life.

We develop an individualized treatment plan based on your history, symptoms, goals, and response to care. The goal is the smallest effective plan that helps you feel like yourself, with support at every step.

  • Careful, conservative treatment
  • Regular check-ins to fine-tune your treatment
  • Coordinated with therapy when it helps
  • Clear guidance on what to expect
