Doctorate Level Clinician

Dr. Kenia is trained in both medication management and talk therapy to treat adult disorders. In addition to her medical degree and training as a psychiatrist she has completed extensive training to become a psychoanalyst and can provide psychoanalysis - a specialized form of talk therapy. She believes in a holistic approach that takes the entire person into account both present and past, taking time to make thoughtful and individualized suggestions.

Dr. Kousanee Chheda, M.D., is a licensed psychiatrist offering virtual care in Illinois and New York, and in-person sessions in New York City. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, and bipolar disorder.

Dr. Chheda takes a holistic approach, integrating therapy, medication, and lifestyle changes like sleep and nutrition to support mental well-being. She also specializes in culturally sensitive care, particularly for South Asian and BIPOC communities, helping to reduce mental health stigma.

Nursing Level Clinician

Abigail Bruno, is a licensed psychiatrict mental health nurse practitioner offering virtual care in New York State, and in-person sessions in New York City. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD and helping people navigate big life changes.

Abigail’s approach is collaborative and holistic. She takes time to understand your unique story so she help you create a plan that feels supportive and tailored to your needs. She offer both medication management and psychotherapy, integrating practical tools such as mindfulness, sleep optimization, and lifestyle strategies when helpful.
